Handling time

Machines ship within one business day of your order. You get tracking as soon as the label is made, not when the box moves.

Where we ship

The lower 48 United States. We don’t ship internationally, to freight forwarders, or to addresses that don’t match the billing address on the card, used electronics attract exactly the fraud you’d expect, and this is the cheapest way to keep prices down for everyone else.

How it’s packed

Every machine goes in an inflatable air-column sleeve inside a double-wall carton. The adoption papers sit on top of the machine, along with the charger. Orders over $400 ship with signature confirmation.

Cost and speed

Shipping is free, it’s built into the price, so the number on the unit page is the number you pay (plus sales tax where it applies). Machines travel USPS Ground Advantage; most orders arrive in three to five business days.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph the box before you unpack any further and email support@adoptalaptop.com. Transit damage is our problem to solve, not yours, we’ll replace or refund and deal with the carrier ourselves. Keep the packaging until it’s settled; carriers ask for it.

If it doesn’t arrive

Tell us. A tracking number that stops moving for three days is worth an email, we’d rather start a trace early than have you wait politely.
